Shipping: Shipments are shipped USPS or UPS from our warehouse in Reno, NV . If you would like your order shipped any other way we can ship it to you on your account # with any major carrier.
Shipping time: With hundreds of designs and our ability to due custom work we strive to get your order out within 72 hours of you placing the order. During peak seasons and immediately after trade shows it may take a little longer.
Refused orders: Refused orders cost the customer additional shipping fees and/or a 25% re-stocking fee.
Backorders: We keep track of backorders and will ship the items once we get them back in stock.
Returns: All claims for shortages and/or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Defective merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the initial claim (for credit or exchange only). No returns allowed on special orders, ie: custom lettering jobs and private label. The return will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
